Job summary

Curriculum Associates is seeking a Director, Finance Strategy & Analytics to lead financial modeling, business case development, pricing and packaging, and cross-functional analytics. You will partner with senior leadership and manage a small analytics team to support revenue growth and strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling for the Board and senior executives, with strong emphasis on SaaS pricing, GTM strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related discipline; MBA preferred
• 6+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, management consulting, or similar analytical function
• Experience in SaaS, subscription, or education technology preferred; pricing/GTM exposure is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and business cases for new products, partnerships, and growth initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate GTM opportunities and top-line performance
• Create executive-level presentations translating analyses into clear narratives for the Board
• Own pricing and packaging analytics, discount structures, and deal analytics across products
• Manage a small analytics team supporting pricing and commercial/GTM analysis
