Menlo Ventures is seeking a strategic Finance Business Partner to bridge Finance with operating units. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and provide actionable insights to guide decisions in a fast-paced market.

Responsibilities include cost management, P&L monitoring, and building robust financial models to support new initiatives. Strong Excel, ERP, and BI skills alongside clear cross-functional communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• CPA/ACCA/CFA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Drive transparency into cost structures and manage costs vs budget.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning processes end-to-end.
• Monitor monthly P&L and KPIs; prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Build and maintain financial models for ROI, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses.
• Support month-end close with accruals, reconciliations, and controls.
