Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business management, finance, FP&A, or related fields.
• Professional services industry experience required; legal industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational dynamics in a professional services environment.
• Strong financial literacy with the ability to analyze P&L, forecasts, expenses and financial reports.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analytical experience.
• Ability to translate financial data into practical business recommendations.
• Polished executive presence with the ability to partner with senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and FP&A planning.
• Analyze client rates, discounts, pricing arrangements, and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on billing, collections, and financial performance.
• Review vendor contracts, pricing, renewals, and financial terms.
• Serve as a strategic resource for senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Support executives with financial analysis, presentations, and initiatives.
• Oversee vendor relationships and broader business operations.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across departments.
