Qualifications

5+ years in FP&A and finance business partnering with structured planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

Partner with assigned business areas as trusted FP&A advisor.
Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Translate financial data into clear narrative for senior leadership and board materials.
Support decisions with financial modelling, product profitability, revenue analysis, and scorecards.
Collaborate with HR on headcount and compensation forecasting.
Improve data quality, reporting processes and finance tooling.
