LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a technology and products organization to hire a Finance Manager who will support a business unit and partner with sales, operations, engineering and executive leadership. The role combines financial reporting, month-end close, FP&A, and commercial finance while leading a small transactional accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, or business finance experience.
• Experience supporting monthly close and financial reporting activities.
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills.
• Experience working with large-company reporting environments and ERP systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operational, sales, and executive stakeholders.
• Power BI experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience helpful but not required.
