insightsoftware is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial partnership across the organization. You will own P&L analysis, build complex financial models, and forecast cash flow while partnering with senior leadership.

In this role, you will translate financial data into actionable insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to executive-level decision-making. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or finance business partner roles.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to build and explain complex models.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience with ERP and reporting tools (NetSuite preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to drive financial decision-making on budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Provide independent financial analysis on strategic initiatives including deal structuring, pricing, and cost optimization.
• Attend executive meetings to offer financial perspective on decisions and performance.
• Translate financial data and models into clear leadership narratives.
• Support Senior Director in identifying financial risks and opportunities.
