Job summary

Silicon Valley Search Group seeks an experienced Senior Manager, FP&A to join its Finance organization. This hands-on role partners with senior leadership to drive planning, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis for the business.

You will lead the full P&L forecasting, build advanced models, and develop executive-level reporting and insights to inform strategic decisions for a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Experience in high-growth or rapidly evolving organizations; public-company or transaction-readiness a plus.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, cash flow forecasting, accrual accounting, and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A across the full P&L, including revenue, COGS, operating expenses, and cash flow.
• Own forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning processes.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions.
