WSP USA is seeking a highly strategic senior finance leader to serve as a trusted advisor to executive and operational leadership. The role covers financial leadership across a large portfolio, translating business strategy into actionable plans, with a focus on profitable growth, capital allocation, and enterprise value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional finance designation such as CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent.
• 17+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a large, complex organization.
• Significant experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, strategic planning, commercial or operational finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, internal controls, and governance.
