Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional finance designation such as CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent.
• 17+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a large, complex organization.
• Significant experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, strategic planning, or operational finance.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial planning, reporting, internal controls, and governance.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level decisions in a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior finance advisor to business and operational leaders.
• Develop and execute growth, profitability, and performance strategies.
• Translate priorities into actionable financial and operational plans.
• Provide financial insight and challenge on investments and pricing.
• Lead long-range planning, annual operating plans, and financial modeling.
• Monitor metrics: revenue growth, margin, utilization, cash flow.
• Drive enterprise value creation and governance across the portfolio.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
