Job summary

WSP USA seeks a senior finance leader to partner with executive and operational leadership, translating strategy into actionable financial and operational plans, and to drive profitable growth and governance.

You will lead FP&A, long-range planning, and performance metrics, while mentoring the finance team and collaborating with global finance and operations to enable enterprise value creation.

Qualifications

• Requires 17+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience in finance business partnering and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level decisions in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior finance advisor to business and operational leaders.
• Lead long-range planning, annual operating plans, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Monitor metrics such as revenue growth, margin, utilization, backlog, working capital and cash flow.
• Drive performance reviews and data-driven decision support for executives.
• Develop and implement growth, profitability, and performance strategies.
• Oversee finance governance, controls, and cross-functional collaboration.
