Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Admin or a related field.
• Professional designation such as CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA, or equivalent.
• 17+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a large, complex organization.
• Experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, strategic planning, commercial or operational finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, internal controls, and governance.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level decisions in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior finance advisor to business and operational leaders.
• Develop growth, profitability, and performance strategies with leadership teams.
• Translate priorities into actionable financial and operational plans.
• Lead long-range planning, annual plans, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Monitor revenue growth, margin, utilization, cash flow, and working capital.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of finance best practices.
