WSP USA is seeking a highly strategic senior finance leader to act as a trusted adviser to executive and operational leadership. The role translates business strategy into actionable financial and operating plans, while driving profitable growth, capital allocation, and enterprise value creation.

Working with Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, Corporate Development, and other teams, you will influence decisions, provide financial leadership for a portfolio, and lead the finance team to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or related field.
• CPA/CA/ACA/ACCA/CMA/CFA or equivalent designation.
• 17+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience in FP&A, strategic planning, and commercial/operational finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, controls, and governance.
• Proven ability to influence executive decisions in a matrix organization.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder skills.

• Serve as senior finance advisor to business and operational leaders.
• Partner with leadership to develop growth, profitability, and performance strategies.
• Translate priorities into actionable financial and operational plans.
• Provide financial insight and challenge on investments and pricing.
• Build partnerships across Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, and Corporate Development.
• Promote financial literacy and sound decision making.
• Lead long-range planning, annual plans, forecasting, and modeling.
• Monitor metrics: revenue growth, margin, utilization, cash flow.
• Deliver analysis of performance, risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Drive accountability for financial and operational commitments.
