Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional finance designation such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent.
• 17+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a large, complex organization.
• Significant experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, strategic planning, commercial or operational finance.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level decisions in a matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the senior finance advisor to business and operational leaders.
• Lead long-range planning, annual operating plans, forecasting, scenario planning, and financial modeling.
• Drive profitability, capital allocation, and cash performance across the portfolio.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, and Corporate Development to support decisions.
• Provide data-driven insights and challenge to optimize performance.
