Job summary

WSP in the United States is seeking a highly strategic senior finance leader to serve as a trusted advisor to executive and operational leadership. This role provides financial leadership across a significant business portfolio, translating strategy into actionable financial and operational plans.

The successful candidate will blend strategic finance partnership with operational diligence, overseeing planning, forecasting, and performance analytics to drive profitable growth and enterprise value

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional finance designation such as CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent.
17+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a large, complex organization.
Experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, strategic planning, commercial or operational finance.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior finance advisor to business and operational leaders.
Lead long-range planning, annual operating plans, forecasting, scenario planning, and financial modeling.
Ensure alignment between strategic priorities, business objectives, and financial plans.
Monitor revenue growth, margin, utilization, backlog conversion, working capital, and cash flow.
Deliver data-driven insights and support executive decision-making.
Provide leadership and mentorship for the finance team supporting the portfolio.
