Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a finance/business discipline.
• Professional finance designation such as CPA/CA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent.
• 17+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a large, complex org.
• Experience in finance business partnering, FP&A and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior finance advisor to business and operational leaders.
• Lead long-range planning, annual plans, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Monitor metrics like revenue growth, margin, working capital, and cash flow.
• Drive performance reviews and data-driven decision support for executives.
• Lead financial governance, controls, and risk management across the portfolio.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize growth and profitability.
• Provide leadership for the finance team supporting the portfolio.
