Job summary

Elliott Davis Advisory, LLC is a leading provider of strategic finance and CFO services to private equity portfolio and growth companies. In this role, you will deliver expert accounting and financial support to buy-side clients and provide sell-side advisory throughout the transaction process.

You will lead post-close activities, including opening balance sheets, accrual conversions, and FP&A development while leveraging technology to enhance finance functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in public accounting or finance leadership, ideally with PE portfolio exposure.
• Experience turning finance into a strategic partner with FP&A integration.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• CPA certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality accounting and FP&A support to buy-side and sell-side clients.
• Lead finance transformation engagements across accounting, FP&A, and technology.
• Develop opening balance sheets, post-close adjustments, and accounting processes.
• Identify performance drivers and opportunities for improvement.
