Elliott Davis is a leading provider of strategic finance and CFO services serving growth and PE-backed companies. This Senior Manager will guide finance transformation engagements, overseeing accounting, FP&A, and tech workstreams to turn finance into a strategic partner.

You will collaborate with client teams, manage engagement economics, and help drive data-enabled decision making using BI tools and strategic roadmaps. Hybrid US-based role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of public accounting, operational finance leadership, and/or M&A experience.
• Experience transforming a finance function into a strategic partner.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience implementing BI tools and exploring AI opportunities.
• CPA certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Lead multiple finance transformation engagements and oversee workstreams (accounting, FP&A, technology).
• Address and rectify financial information gaps with robust processes and procedures.
• Assist with opening balance sheets and post-close adjustments.
• Develop understanding of client business to identify drivers and opportunities.
