Qualifications

• 5+ years in public accounting or transaction advisory.
• Significant M&A, purchase accounting and NWC experience.
• Knowledge of ASC 805 and GAAP guidance.
• CPA certification is required.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple post‑close transaction accounting engagements.
• Manage opening balance sheets, NWC analyses, and purchase price adjustments.
• Prepare final closing statements and GAAP‑compliant reporting.
• Coordinate with sponsors, attorneys, lenders, auditors, and management.
• Develop methodologies and templates to improve efficiency.
