Elliott Davis Advisory, LLC is seeking an experienced finance professional to deliver accounting and advisory services to buy-side and sell-side clients in private equity and growth companies. You will lead finance transformation engagements, build FP&A capabilities, and support post-close integration.

The role centers on developing client relationships, creating strategic roadmaps, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables while collaborating with acquired entities and client teams.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of public accounting, operational finance leadership (Controller, Director, VP Finance, CFO), and/or M&A experience.
• Experience transforming a finance function to be a strategic partner from accounting to FP&A to strategy.
• CPA certification is a plus, but not required.

Aufgaben

• Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Lead multiple finance transformation engagements and oversee workstreams including accounting, FP&A and/or technology.
• Address and rectify financial information gaps by implementing robust accounting processes and policies.
• Assist with opening balance sheets and post-close adjustments.
• Develop understanding of the client’s business and identify performance drivers and opportunities.
• Grow client relationships and oversee engagement economics and resources.
