Qualifications

• Public accounting and finance leadership experience, including PM of multiple engagements.
• Experience enabling finance as a strategic partner through FP&A integration.
• Ability to implement BI tools and explore AI opportunities in finance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple finance transformation engagements, overseeing accounting, FP&A and technology workstreams.
• Shape and manage client relationships, engagement economics and resource planning.
• Drive open balance sheets, post-close adjustments and 100-day integration plans.
• Coach teams, ensure on-time delivery and high-quality standards.
