Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking a Senior Accounting Advisory professional to join our Accounting Advisory Services team. You will drive engagements, coordinate communications, and deliver insights to clients across industries, applying accounting expertise in a collaborative environment.

You will mentor associates and interns, work with Tax, Audit, and Consulting teams, and leverage technology to improve processes and decision-making. You’ll shape outcomes while growing your career within Elliott Davis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of accounting advisory experience.
• QuickBooks experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong deadline discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting schedules.
• Close quarterly and year-end processes with reconciliations and adjusting entries.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Support ad hoc projects with accounting expertise.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with Tax, Audit, and Consulting teams to deliver service.
• Mentor associates and trainees as needed.
