The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work, with strong skills in QuickBooks and Excel/Google Sheets, plus experience in budgeting and investor reporting.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end financial operations and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, general ledger, and financial record-keeping.
• Maintain accurate financial data within QuickBooks.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure proper documentation and controls.
• Monitor cash flow and runway projections weekly.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership.
• Build and maintain financial forecasts and budgets.
• Develop financial models for growth initiatives and strategy.
