Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in strategic finance at high-growth firms, a finance/economics degree, and strong modeling skills.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or strategic finance at high-growth companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- Strong financial modeling and GAAP accounting knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Own the operating model and planning cycle, including budget and long-range planning.
- Lead monthly/quarterly forecast cycles and variance analysis with stakeholders.
- Write executive narratives translating results into actionable insights.
- Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders.
- Support evaluation and rollout of planning systems.
- Frame build/buy/partner decisions and assess ROI.
