Job summary

Onnit, an Austin-based health and wellness company, seeks a strategic finance leader to guide budgeting, forecasting, and growth investments. You will partner with CFO and cross-functional teams to deliver insights, drive profitability, and align with annual objectives and OKRs.

The role demands strong financial modeling, storytelling, and ability to influence decisions across marketing, operations, and analytics to optimize e-commerce performance.

Qualifications

• BS / BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MBA / MS / MA is a plus.
• 3-7 years of overall experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience in a high-growth company in CPG, branded consumer, or retail.
• Expert-level proficiency with MS Office programs and planning tools.
• Exceptional modeling skills and storytelling prowess.
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders on key strategic decisions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration across ONNIT and Unilever.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional business counterparts to develop annual plans and analyze performance, closing gaps.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and analytics to uncover growth levers and customer value opportunities.
• Develop performance narratives and analytical materials for senior management.
