Job summary

Integer Holdings seeks a senior finance leader to provide strategic financial leadership and support profitable growth. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and business development, guiding revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow while aligning capital expenditures and asset management with the company’s strategy.

You will partner with the leadership team across functions to develop plans and KPI targets, deliver monthly reporting, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 7 years of finance experience, ideally in manufacturing with multi-facility responsibility.
• Lean accounting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, quality and regulatory requirements including QMS, FDA regulations, and company policies.
• Leads monthly financial reporting and analytics for leadership review.
• Delivers high-quality, insights-driven financial and operations analysis and reporting.
• Partners cross-functionally to support strategic planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance improvement.
• Supports development and execution of KPIs, cost management, and capital investments.
• Drives forecast accuracy and contributes to monthly/quarterly close processes and continuous improvement.
