The role emphasizes rigorous financial analysis, ROI, NPV, IRR, and alignment with corporate accounting standards, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and governance across digital portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a highly quantitative field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or management consulting.
• 2+ years supporting technology portfolios, IT PMOs, digital transformation programs, or working within a Digital Technology department.

Responsibilities

• Live and model Mars Five Principles into financial stewardship, transparency, and data integrity.
• Champion budgeting and ROI development by building robust financial models and conducting sensitivity analyses.
• Oversee end-to-end portfolio financial performance tracking across MVH digital portfolios and run variance analyses.
