Mars Snacking seeks a Sr. Finance Manager, Digital Technologies, to act as the financial architect for the $1B+ DT portfolio, harmonizing FP&A across legacy teams into a unified operating model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or commercial partnering in a global matrixed org.
• Experience partnering on digital technology portfolios preferred.
• Experience in large-scale transformations or post-merger integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and govern a unified FP&A and cost-allocation framework for the $1B+ DT portfolio.
• Coordinate the Annual Enterprise Plan (AEP) and 5-year Integrated Value Creation Plan across the global DT portfolio.
• Consolidate global performance actuals and perform variance analysis for senior leadership.
• Support financial integration and measure performance baselines.
• Help standardize governance and training with Controllership, Regional S&F, and Mars G.S. (MGS).
• Lead identification of technology cost savings and synergy realization.
