Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Strategic Finance professional in Plainsboro, NJ to lead long‑term forecasting and financial analyses for North America Operations. You will maintain forecasting models, perform scenario analysis and assess external opportunities in a cross‑functional environment.

The role reports to the Director of Strategic Finance and involves collaboration across Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Insights & Analytics and FP&A teams; travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required; advanced degree preferred.
• Two+ years in commercial planning/FP&A or related fields.
• Strong Excel modelling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse complex data and present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive Long‑Term Forecast process for NAO.
• Maintain Long‑Term forecasting models and financial tools.
• Perform scenario modelling and trade‑off analysis for recommendations.
• Evaluate external business development opportunities within therapeutic area.
