Job summary

Novo Nordisk's Global Finance & Operations team seeks a Strategic Pricing and Contracting Advisor to lead scenario planning and model profitability across Commercial and Medicare channels. You will partner with Strategy, Market Access and Account teams to ensure pricing strategies are sound and aligned with corporate goals.

The role requires strong Excel-based analysis, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Eight years experience in pricing, contracting, forecasting and/or portfolio analysis.
• Pharma experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel, analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Center of Excellence for scenario planning and modeling.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Market Access, and Account teams.
• Lead deal evaluation and profitability analyses.
• Prepare pricing committee business cases and financial analyses.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure contracts align with strategy.
