Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks a pricing and policy analyst to monitor healthcare reform, conduct financial modeling, and deliver insights to leadership. You will collaborate across functions including Policy, Compliance, Strategy, Investor Relations, and Finance to guide pricing decisions and strategic direction.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in pricing/finance analytics, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to present complex data clearly to executives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years in pricing, contracting, forecasting, policy analytics, or finance.
Experience in pharmaceutical pricing and market access is a plus.
Strong analytical, quantitative and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate healthcare reform changes from financial and strategic perspectives.
Partner with PA Policy, legal/compliance to monitor federal/state policy changes.
Develop pricing analytics for strategy evaluation and future outlook.
Prepare pricing and policy analyses for investor relations and roadshows.
Lead pricing scenario models and communicate insights to senior management.
