Expect 20-30% overnight travel as you analyze PCP/endocrine market dynamics and drive data-driven decisions across brands.

The role requires advanced analytics, strong stakeholder collaboration, and a track record of delivering high-quality reports in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred advanced analytics or business discipline.
• 7+ years in insights and analytics; client facing or field ops experience preferred.
• Pharma analytics or consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced analytics and data visualization skills with R/SAS/Tableau/Qlik.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic partnerships with Commercial Leads and directors.
• Analyze market dynamics to generate actionable insights and plans.
• Provide local market insights to inform strategy and tactics.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan initiatives based on findings.
• Conduct deep-dives to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Develop recommendations for brand support and launches.
