Thermo King’s Klinge Corporation is seeking a Finance Leader to guide the finance organization, drive profit growth, and partner with leadership to implement strategic financial plans. You will oversee forecasting, reporting, and controls while leading a small team and collaborating with ERP/IT and supply chain functions.

The role emphasizes advanced financial modeling, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional governance to support strategic initiatives and capital decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 5–7 years’ FP&A or business finance experience in manufacturing and commercial environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and forecasting capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance to leadership to drive performance and profitability.
• Perform complex analyses including variance, scenario planning and ROI/ROIC/CROIC modeling.
• Prepare MOR and QBRs with detailed business updates for leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting (LRP, AOP) and quarterly reforecasts.
• Develop cost/efficiency reporting with ERP/IT and support operations.
• Ensure internal controls, GAAP/IFRS compliance, and SOX controls.
