Job summary

Gentherm is seeking a Director, FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, and P&L oversight. The role partners with Operations, Sales, and corporate teams to drive growth and profitability across North America and global functions.

You will consolidate inputs, test assumptions, deliver insights, and mentor two direct reports while maintaining a robust FP&A framework. Strong financial modeling and BI experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years progressive finance experience in FP&A, commercial or operations finance.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics or related field.
• Experience leading a complex revenue forecast and consolidating a full P&L in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel, modeling, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L forecast, budget, and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with Sales Finance, Operations Finance, Plants, Logistics, and business leaders to align assumptions.
• Pressure-test assumptions and forecasts; identify gaps and risks.
• Consolidate the P&L forecast and analyze margins and operating drivers.
• Provide executive-level financial analysis and actionable recommendations; manage two direct reports.
