Job summary

KLS Martin Group seeks an FP&A Manager, Corporate Planning to lead consolidated budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management. You will partner with executive leadership to translate strategy into financial plans and provide actionable insights across the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.

This role drives scenario analyses, governance standards and forecasting methods, leading a team and collaborating with Finance and Admin to align priorities and optimize capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, MIS or a related quantitative field.
• 7–12 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance or finance analytics experience.
• Demonstrated experience building and standardizing complex financial models.
• Proven leadership experience developing and managing high-performing teams.
• Advanced financial modeling expertise including driver-based forecasting and scenario modeling.
• Experience integrating financial models with ERP data and structured datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's consolidated budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Develop scenario analyses and financial recommendations supporting executive decision-making.
• Align financial plans with operational initiatives, workforce planning and investment priorities.
• Own the consolidated financial outlook across the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
• Develop executive reporting, variance analysis and actionable insights supporting strategic and operational decision‑making.
