Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Finance Leader for Thermo King’s Klinge Corporation to guide financial planning, analysis, and performance management across business units. You will partner with leadership to craft long-range plans, manage capital investments, and drive efficiency using ERP and data analytics.

The role requires strong FP&A expertise, advanced modeling, and experience with ERP systems, GAAP/IFRS, and cross-functional leadership in a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 5–7 years’ FP&A or business finance experience in manufacturing and commercial environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical, modeling, forecasting, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance to Leadership to drive profitability and performance.
• Perform complex analyses: variance, scenario planning, modeling.
• Lead MOR and QBR reporting with detailed business updates.
• Evaluate capital purchases with ROI/ROIC/CROIC models.
• Direct Long Range Plan, AOP, and reforecast cycles; maintain dashboards and KPIs.
• Drive Lean initiatives and cross-functional project teams to improve processes.
• Ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and internal controls; oversee SOX where applicable.
• Collaborate with ERP/IT, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership on cost and efficiency improvements.
