Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr Operations Finance Manager to serve as the principal finance partner for Excellerate manufacturing facilities.

You will translate complex financial data into actionable insights, shaping profitability and cash flow across multiple sites. The role requires 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in industrial, modular fabrication, or project-based manufacturing, with expertise in revenue recognition and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• MBA, CMA or CPA preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• Experience leading finance for manufacturing or engineering-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead financing and strategic partnership for Excellerate manufacturing units.
• Oversee revenue recognition, cost modeling, and KPI reporting.
• Drive ERP architecture, controls, and forecasting across facilities.
• Manage intercompany accounting and transfer pricing strategies.
• Develop and mentor on-site finance teams and analytics capabilities.
