Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in industrial construction, modular fabrication, engineered-to-order manufacturing, or similar.
- Travel 15-25%.
Responsibilities
- Lead ASC 606-compliant revenue recognition policies for hybrid ETO, modular construction and component manufacturing.
- Partner with divisions to optimize transfer pricing, margins, and intercompany processes.
- Define contracts with clear financial terms, milestones, and billing requirements across units.
- Provide strategic leadership and connect financial performance to operational strategy.
