Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a Financial Operations Expert to guide North American manufacturing finance. You will partner with Plant Controllers, Regional Finance, and business leaders to resolve complex issues, lead standardized processes, and advance finance transformation that strengthens governance and operational performance.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing finance, experience with ERP implementations, and strong expertise in cost accounting and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or other professional certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing finance or related areas.
• Experience with ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives including ERP implementations and automation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and IT to improve processes.
• Provide leadership on complex manufacturing accounting and reporting.
• Analyze performance metrics to guide business decisions.
• Develop robust reporting and analytics to enhance financial visibility.
