Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a Financial Operations Expert to lead finance transformation for North American Manufacturing Operations. You will partner with Plant Controllers, Regional Finance, and business leaders to standardize processes, implement ERP solutions, and drive governance to strengthen financial performance.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and ERP leadership, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or other professional certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance or related fields.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, automation, and reporting enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, and Corporate Accounting to improve processes.
• Provide technical leadership on manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, costing methodologies, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Analyze manufacturing performance and financial trends to improve business performance.
• Develop and enhance reporting, analytics, and performance metrics for leadership decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing finance processes through automation and standardization.
• Lead financial assessments related to new processes and system implementations.
• Provide mentoring to Plant Controllers and regional finance teams.
• Promote continuous improvement and financial governance across North American finance.
