Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to drive long-range financial plans and performance insights.

You will partner with executives, operations, and finance to deliver actionable intelligence and support capital allocation strategies. The ideal candidate has advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, plus experience with Power BI and ERP systems to enhance forecasting, budgeting, and KPI development across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA designation preferred.
• 5-8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related experience. Experience supporting executive leadership teams.
• Experience with Power BI, financial reporting platforms, and ERP systems.
• Data analytics, visualization, and automation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Equity planning: supports development and execution of enterprise equity planning strategies; analyzes ownership, dilution, valuation, and succession-related scenarios.
• Revenue forecasting: owns and improves forecasting methodologies; coordinates monthly, quarterly, annual processes; analyzes trends and backlog.
• Income statement management: leads monthly/quarterly variance analysis; develops executive dashboards and supports budgeting and long-range planning.
• KPI development: establishes enterprise KPIs and dashboards for leadership; analyzes trends and actions.
• Strategic & ad hoc analysis: builds financial models and business cases for initiatives; supports M&A evaluations and capital investments.
• Technology deployment: leads FP&A tech adoption, automation, and data quality improvements.
• Leadership & collaboration: mentors analysts and partners with executives to drive informed decisions.
