Responsabilités

• Lead Manufacturing Operations for a region with multiple facilities.
• Develop and mentor the Manufacturing Operations team, including frontline staff.
• Promote safety culture and OSHA compliance across operations.
• Plan and drive delivery of products and projects with safety, quality, delivery and cost focus.
• Collaborate with other operations functions to implement new products and changes.
• Identify process improvements and implement Lean solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean principles in daily management.
• Facilitate change management initiatives (ADKAR, CBAs) and system adoption.
