Job summary

Collectors seeks a Marketplace Finance & Strategy Manager to lead planning and reporting across multiple marketplace business units. You will own the annual operating plan, long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and headcount allocation, partnering with leaders to drive growth and efficiency.

You will build driver-based financial models in Excel/Google Sheets, work with NetSuite and Workday, and prepare board-ready analyses for executives.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of FP&A or related experience in a high-growth environment.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Experience with NetSuite and Workday and strong data quality instincts.
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Ability to influence across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketplace leaders to optimize financial levers and strategy.
• Communicate key metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Support long-range planning and scenario analyses for growth.
• Close, forecast, and plan with monthly updates and live reviews.
• Lead the annual operating plan and quarterly planning across units.
• Contribute to quarterly forecast and accompanying analysis.
• Prepare board materials and executive reporting packages.
• Create clear materials for executive audiences with emphasis on deviations.
