Collectors is seeking a Manager for Marketplace Finance & Strategy to lead core planning and reporting for expanding marketplace businesses. You will partner with leaders to drive long-term strategy, analyze drivers, and own budget processes. This role is hybrid, based at our Jersey City office, with flexibility for Santa Ana or hybrid arrangements.

The team focuses on annual operating plans, long-range planning, and executive reporting to support growth investments and strategic decisions.

Qualificações

• 5–8 years FP&A or related experience in high-growth environment.
• Experience budgeting with business leaders and enforcing plan.
• Strong Excel/financial modeling and data-driven mindset.
• GAAP knowledge and financial process experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Marketplace leaders to optimize long-term strategy.
• Communicate financial metrics to enable informed decisions.
• Support long-range planning and scenario analyses for growth investments.
• Manage annual operating plan and quarterly planning cycles.
• Prepare board materials and executive reporting.
• Build executive-ready materials with clear narratives.
