Collectors Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Manager to join the Marketplace Finance & Strategy team, based in Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, with a hybrid schedule.

You will own core planning processes, including annual operating plans, long-range plans, budgeting, forecasting, headcount, and BU allocations, driving strategic decision support. You will deliver detailed analysis for quarterly forecasts, board reports, and executive reviews, partnering with leaders to optimize growth investments and

Qualificações

• 5-8 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Experience partnering with business leaders on budgets and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling skills, driver-based models.
• Solid working knowledge of GAAP and financial management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Marketplace leaders to improve financial levers and long-term strategy.
• Communicate key financial metrics to inform decisions and transparency.
• Support long-range planning and scenario analysis for growth investments.
• Manage the annual operating plan and quarterly planning cycles across Marketplace units.
• Contribute to quarterly forecasts and prepare board-ready analysis and materials.
• Build clear, credible materials for executive audiences with transparent narratives.
