Job summary

Achievers is seeking an analytical FP&A Manager to own the global e-commerce Marketplace P&L and translate activity into financial insight and strategy. You will forecast, model, and present revenue and margin scenarios to drive growth across multiple functions.

The role requires 5+ years in strategic analytics or FP&A, strong data visualization and SQL skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams toward margin optimization and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or related field.
• 5+ years in strategic analytics or FP&A within a data-driven environment.
• Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Marketplace P&L including revenue and expenses, and drive margin improvement.
• Build and maintain forecasting models for revenue pillars, promotions, pricing, and product enhancements.
• Develop and refine models for initiatives like Top-Up programs and share-of-wallet expansion.
• Translate targets into actionable, customer-tier level operating plans.
• Deliver forecasting materials for FP&A and Board deliverables.
• Lead KPI reporting cadences for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, CS, Merchandising, and Product to optimize marketplace performance.
