Qualifications

• 2–4 years of FP&A, investment banking, investing, consulting, finance operations, or accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of close cycles, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Highly organized and process-driven with multiple recurring deliverables and tight deadlines.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling skills, driver-based analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Finance Partner: help operating teams understand financial levers and performance.
• Assemble key financial and operational metrics to inform decisions.
• Assist with long-range planning and scenario analysis for growth investments.
• Support monthly forecast updates and prepare board-ready materials.
• Support the annual operating plan and quarterly planning across units.
• Contribute to quarterly consolidated forecast for GMV, revenue, and OpEx.
