Job summary
Crusoe is seeking an embedded Finance partner for Manufacturing to design processes, drive financial planning, and deliver data-driven insights that shape the business trajectory. The role reports to the Director of Finance, Manufacturing and collaborates across R&D, Accounting, Data Center, and Cloud teams.
You will own budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasts while delivering executive-ready narratives and actionable recommendations for margin improvement and investment decisions.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience
- 3+ years supporting a business unit P&L
- Experience in high-growth tech/infrastructure environment
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end financial planning cycles for manufacturing
- Build executive-ready narratives for reports and boards
- Develop and scale driver-based financial models for new initiatives
- Partner with Manufacturing leadership to translate decisions into financial impact
- Conduct scenario analysis for capacity planning and market expansion
- Translate operational drivers into P&L impacts and actionable insights
- Establish standard costing frameworks and monitor variances
- Identify opportunities to improve margins and efficiency
- Design new processes to support growth and ensure controls
