Job summary

Crusoe is seeking an embedded Finance partner for Manufacturing to design and optimize the financial framework for a fast-growing unit. You will drive planning, forecasting, and executive reporting, shaping the financial trajectory of Crusoe's manufacturing business.

You will work cross-functionally with R&D, Data Center, and Cloud teams, acting as a co-pilot to leadership. This Denver-based role requires two days per week on-site at Arvada and Brighton locations, with light travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years supporting a business unit P&L.
• Strong manufacturing finance background with cost accounting knowledge.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and driver-based analyses.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with ERP and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast end-to-end for the manufacturing line, including budget, LRP, rolling forecasts, and month-end close.
• Provide executive reporting and narratives for board and investors.
• Build scalable financial models to support Crusoe Spark deployments.
• Partner with Manufacturing leadership to translate decisions into financial impact.
• Conduct scenario and driver-based analyses for capacity, profitability, and expansion.
• Link operational drivers to P&L impacts and advise on improvements.
• Establish cost accounting frameworks and monitor inventory and E&O risk.
• Identify margins and efficiency opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Design new processes to support growth and ensure internal-control integrity.
