Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance - Supply Chain to serve as a strategic finance partner to our Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams. You will own financial planning, cost analysis, lifecycle analysis, and reporting across the supply chain, helping the business scale efficiently while maintaining rigorous cost discipline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience focusing on supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing finance.
• Experience in a high-growth technology, infrastructure, or data-center environment preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with executive-facing narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A process for the supply chain including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for CPUs, Storage and Networking.
• Build and maintain financial models to track unit economics, landed cost, and inventory metrics.
• Evaluate supplier contracts, capital equipment purchases, and total cost of ownership.
• Lead cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives and quantify savings.
• Develop monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership.
• Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for capacity, capex, and vendor negotiations.
• Improve and automate financial reporting processes and tools.
• Mentor junior finance team members supporting the supply chain function.
