Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Director of Finance Business Enablement to own the foundational finance infrastructure, partnering with Accounting on asset policies and depreciation, and steering ERP and FP&A systems. You will shape forecasting methodologies and standardize processes across a fast-growing, asset-heavy organization.

Reporting into Finance leadership, you will collaborate with IT, Data Center Operations, and business-unit FP&A teams to ensure scalable tools, policies, and training

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A leadership roles.
• Experience partnering with Accounting on asset policy, depreciation, and capitalization standards.
• History owning or driving major finance systems implementations or upgrades (ERP, EPM, BI).
• Deep understanding of forecasting and scaling frameworks across multiple units.
• Strong ability to document and standardize processes for planning and month-end close.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional leaders in Finance, IT, and business units.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain depreciation methodologies and asset policies for data center, compute, and infrastructure assets.
• Own the systems roadmap for Finance (ERP, FP&A/planning, reporting) and drive implementations/upgrades.
• Standardize planning, reporting, and month-end close processes to reduce manual work.
• Act as a bridge between Accounting, IT, and business-unit finance for governance of policies and tools.
• Improve data architecture and reporting layers to reduce manual reconciliations.
• Lead change management and training to ensure adoption across a distributed finance team.
